Lead Hazard Control Program

The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium’s Lead Hazard Control Program helps qualified families in the City of Chester in Delaware County, PA reduce or eliminate lead-based paint hazards in their homes. Our goal is to make homes lead safe and ensure that no child will be exposed to lead hazards while in their own home.

This program is not accepting new applicants at this time. Please contact our partner Community Action Agency of Delaware County for information on their Lead Program.

This program is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes and through the Pennsylvania Department of Health. This program is subject to HUD income guidelines.
